GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE COUNCIL
Consists of the Member Organizations present or represented by proxy at the Assembly
THE COUNCIL
Consists of all Members of the Countries’ National Boards and all Delegates of the Inter/Intra Government Organizations and/or Agencies
THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL
Consists of all Presidents and Vice Presidents of the Countries’ National Boards and
Heads or Deputy Heads of the Countries’ National or State Governments and Ex-officio the Chair of the Council, Officers of the Executive Board and Officers of the Executive Committee
THE EXECUTIVE BOARD
Consists of the Presidents of the Seven Continents' Boards,
Chair of the Council, the President of the Executive Council, Members of the Executive Committee and Special Directors
THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
Consist of the Officers: President, Vice Presidents (5), Past President, Secretary General and Treasurer, and the Chairs of the Standing Committees: Coordination of Countries’ National Boards, Inter/Intra Organizations and Agencies Cooperation, Membership, Publications, Geothermal Energy Policy Forum, Chair of the Council, President of the Executive Council, Chair of the Executive Board, Chair of the Board of Advisors and Founding Members.
